1815 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the 1815 online entertainment platform by Malaysian users. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. Applicable to all registered users of the 1815 platform.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 1815 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the 1815 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the 1815 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The 1815 platform is only accessible to individuals who are 18 years and above. Users who register with false information about their age may have their accounts suspended without prior notice, and any remaining balance may be forfeited at the operator's discretion.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 1815 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 1815 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the 1815 support team immediately at [email protected]. 1815 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

User Responsibilities

  • Not using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Not attempting to hack, damage, or interfere with the functionality of the 1815 platform.
  • Not using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
  • Do not spread false information, make defamatory claims, or share harmful content through the platform.
  • Comply with all applicable local laws in Malaysia when using the platform.

Payment Information & Transaction Policy

All transactions on the 1815 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Available deposit methods include FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfers to major local banks. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, which may vary depending on account tier or current policy.

Deposit Processing

Deposits via FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet are typically credited within minutes. Manual bank transfers may take anywhere from 15 minutes to a few hours depending on the originating bank and transaction time. 1815 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals will be processed once the required identity verification is complete. Users may be asked to submit additional verification documents before a withdrawal is approved. 1815 reserves the right to hold or cancel withdrawals where there are indications of suspicious activity or a breach of the terms of use. All successful withdrawals will be credited to the bank account registered in the user's profile.

Unauthorised Transactions

Any attempt to make fraudulent transactions, use unauthorised payment methods, or manipulate the 1815 platform's payment system will result in immediate account closure, and the relevant authorities may be notified.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Account Suspension

1815 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion of activity that violates these terms, while an investigation is ongoing, or where identity verification information has yet to be received. Users will be notified via their registered email when their account is suspended, except where such notification may compromise the investigation.

Account Closure

Permanent account closure may occur under the following circumstances:

  • A serious breach of any part of these terms.
  • Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
  • Using the platform for fraudulent activities or money laundering.
  • Users under 18 years of age who register using false information.
  • At the user's own request to close their account.

In the event of closure at the user's own request, any valid balance in the account will be returned once identity verification is complete and there are no outstanding claims.

Limitation of Liability

1815 is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from the use of the platform, except in cases of gross negligence or fraud on the part of the operator. Users acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and accept full responsibility for their own wagering decisions.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 1815 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of the platform operator. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1815.

Third-Party Links & Services

The 1815 platform may include references or links to third-party services such as payment processors. 1815 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or security of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to These Terms

1815 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time with reasonable notice. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
